What Pancake does
Pancake reads your website and builds your GTM Brain: who buys from you, what to say to them, where to find them.
Plays use that Brain. You tell Pancake who you want to reach, it builds the search with you, and you run it. The Play keeps searching on its own, and each new lead comes with one line on why it fits.
You approve every lead before anyone hears from you. Pancake writes a personal message from that reason, in your voice, and sends it from your own account. A reply stops the sequence.
Why Claude
Type what you want in plain English. Claude reads your Pancake workspace before it answers and asks before it changes anything.
Before a search spends credits, Claude shows you the cost and waits for your yes.
Setup
Copy this page as Markdown and paste it into Claude Code, Codex or Claude. Your AI connects Pancake, checks your Brain with you and builds your first Play.
# Set up Pancake for me
You are the AI assistant of a person who wants to use Pancake from this chat. Pancake finds warm
leads (people with a buying signal right now), writes a personal message for each one, and sends it
from the user's own account after the user approves. Help the user connect Pancake, then run their
first prompts with them. Follow the section that matches the client you are running in.
