Signals

Small IT teams hire in the open.

A Play finds leads eight ways. These four signals matter most to MSP owners.

Competitor

Rival MSPs’ readers

Ops leads who like or comment on a rival MSP’s posts show up with that post attached.

Watching

  • Patchbay IT
  • Bluecairn IT

Pancake can also watch the Influencer and Own brand signals. Hiring and Stack start switched off. One click turns each on.

Control

You choose who hears from you.

Pancake contacts only the leads you approve and add to a sequence. Nothing goes out for 10 minutes, so you can undo.

  • Under your name

Every message goes out as you, in your voice.

  • No pitch up front

    The first touch never sells.

  • Weekdays, business hours

Pancake sends Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, in your time zone.

FAQ

Questions MSP owners ask.

Most of my clients are 10-person offices. Will Pancake find them?

Some. Staff at the smallest offices rarely post or keep profiles, so firms of 30 people or more show up more often.

Can I keep leads inside my service area?

Yes, with a trade-off. Leads are sourced across the US, then checked against the area named in your Brain. A single metro means fewer leads per search.

MSPs post help desk jobs too. Will I get my rivals?

Rarely. Each company is checked against your ICP, and other IT providers fail that check. Reject any that slip through and the Brain learns.

Can Pancake scan a company’s network or domain?

No. Stack reads the tools named in job posts. Pancake never touches a network, a domain or a device.

What does Pancake send?

Up to three short messages under your name, after a light warm-up. No emails, no calls.

What do I approve?

Every lead. Pancake contacts only leads you approve and add to a sequence, and you get 10 minutes to undo.

Can I read the messages before they send?

Yes. Each lead gets personal messages in your voice. Read and edit any of them before it goes out, or let them send as written. A reply stops the sequence.

How many leads will I get?

About 120 to 600 qualified leads a month on 60,000 credits, more on a higher level. Each one is matched to your ICP by your Brain. It is an estimate: a narrow audience costs more, and Pancake shows the real one before a search runs.

What does it cost?

From $99 a month per workspace, with 60,000 credits and unlimited seats. The 7-day free trial comes with 15,000 credits and needs a card.
