Pancake vs Polsia: One Finds Your Buyers, One Runs the Whole Company
Pancake vs Polsia compared: what each one runs, the fees Polsia takes on payments and ad spend, Pancake's flat $99 a month, and which fits your company.
Short answer: Polsia is an AI platform that starts and runs a whole company for you: roadmap, code, ads, customer replies, sales and social posts. It is free to start and earns a platform fee on money that flows through it. Pancake is an AI GTM team for a B2B business you already run. Its agents find people showing buying signals, start the conversations from your own account and write articles for search, for a flat monthly price. Pick Polsia to launch something new and stay hands-off. Pick Pancake when your bottleneck is customers.
We checked Polsia's homepage, its terms of service and its public reviews on September 24, 2026. Every Polsia price and fee below is as of that date.
What Polsia is
Polsia's tagline is "AI That Runs Your Company While You Sleep." Ben Cera built it alone. In May 2026 he announced a $30M raise at a $250M valuation and said Polsia was approaching a $10M annual run rate, still with zero employees.
The homepage lists the seats Polsia fills. It plans your roadmap, ships your code, runs your ads, replies to customers, closes deals and posts your tweets. The banner says Polsia works on thousands of companies at once. On its Trustpilot profile, the company describes Polsia as an AI co-founder that never sleeps.
You start a company inside Polsia. Each one can get a subdomain such as yourcompany.polsia.app with a generated landing page. It also gets a public dashboard that shows execution logs, metrics and social posts. That dashboard is on by default, and search engines can index it. You can hide it in your settings.
How Polsia runs a company
Polsia's terms spell out what the agents touch once you switch a feature on.
- Code and hosting. Polsia can create a GitHub repository, a Neon Postgres database, a Render web service and Expo mobile builds. These live under Polsia-managed accounts unless you connect your own. You keep ownership of the code and the data.
- Ads. Campaigns run through a shared Meta ad account that Polsia manages. The agents build the campaigns, generate image and video creatives, upload them and rotate them.
- Email. With email automation on, Polsia sends AI-written emails to the people you specify. If nobody replies, automatic follow-ups go out.
- Payments. Polsia can create payment and subscription links on Stripe. You stay the merchant of record, and Polsia collects the money on your behalf.
The operating model is act, then report. Ads, outbound messages and subscription enforcement run on a schedule under a general approval you give once. No one signs off on each run. You can turn any feature off, which stops its scheduled work. The terms also make you responsible for reviewing what the agents publish and do in your name.
Polsia pricing and fees (September 2026)
Polsia's homepage says it is free to start and needs no credit card. Paid subscriptions and credits are sold inside the product, and the public site has no pricing page. Ad budgets are set in Polsia credits, from 10 to 1,000 credits a day.
The fees are public. They sit in the terms of service last updated September 17, 2026:
- 3% of customer payments. A $100 sale through Polsia credits $97 to your balance. Stripe's processing fees apply on top.
- 20% of ad spend. The fee is taken from inside your budget. Of every $100 you budget for ads, $80 buys ads and $20 goes to Polsia.
- A 31-day settlement period. Money from customer payments waits 31 days before you can pay it out through a Stripe Connect Express account.
- Non-refundable subscriptions. After you cancel, access runs to the end of the period you paid for.
The payment fee fell sharply this year. Polsia's terms dated June 19, 2026 set it at 20% of customer payments. Reviews and articles that quote a 20% revenue share describe an earlier version of the terms. The ad fee stayed at 20% in both.
What the fees cost as you grow
| Monthly activity through Polsia | Fee under the Sept 17, 2026 terms | Fee under the June 19, 2026 terms |
|---|---|---|
| $1,000 in customer payments | $30 | $200 |
| $10,000 in customer payments | $300 | $2,000 |
| $50,000 in customer payments | $1,500 | $10,000 |
| $1,000 ad budget | $200 (you get $800 of ads) | $200 (you get $800 of ads) |
Stripe processing fees apply to the payment rows, and any subscription comes on top.
At 3%, the payment fee is small for a company testing an idea. On $1,000 of monthly sales, it comes to $30. The heavier line is ads: a fifth of every ad dollar goes to the platform. If paid ads are your main channel, budget for that before you scale spend.
Pancake takes no cut. None of your revenue or ad budget passes through it, and the price stays the same as your sales grow.
What Pancake does
Pancake gives founders and small B2B companies an AI GTM team. Its agents find your buyers, reach out to them from your own account and write articles aimed at the questions those buyers search.
Setup starts from your website. Pancake reads it and builds what it calls the GTM Brain: your positioning, ideal customers, offers, proof and the objections you hear. It gets sharper with every result.
Then it watches six kinds of buying signals:
- Keyword: someone posts about a topic you pick, like "ticket backlog".
- Competitor: someone engages with a rival's posts.
- Influencer: someone engages with posts from a voice your buyers follow.
- Own brand: someone engages with your own posts.
- Hiring: a company opens a role that matches your buyer.
- Stack: a company's job post names a tool, such as the one you replace.
New leads land each morning, and each one names the signal that picked it. You approve them in the app or in Slack, where Pancake posts every new one. Outreach then goes out under your own name on the professional social network, in four steps: a profile visit, a like on a recent post, an invite with no note and up to three messages. The opening message pitches nothing. It asks one light question about the signal, so the buyer sees why you wrote.
Pancake also writes articles built to show up in Google and in AI answers. You approve them before they publish. All of it costs $99 a month, flat, with every agent included and no seats.

Control: act-then-report vs approve-first
Polsia leans toward full delegation. Once you enable ads, outreach or infrastructure, that work runs on its schedule. Your company dashboard is public until you hide it. That speed is the point of the product: the agents move without waiting for you.
Pancake keeps your approval on the two decisions that put your name in front of buyers: who gets contacted and what gets published. After you approve a lead, the outreach sequence runs by itself, so your control sits at the lead.
Which model suits you depends on what a mistake costs. On a weekend project, a clumsy ad or an off-key email is cheap. On a business with paying customers and a name in its market, one wrong message to a key buyer costs more.
What Polsia users say
On September 24, 2026, Polsia's Trustpilot page showed a TrustScore of 3.1 from 249 reviews. The split is wide: 31% five-star and 38% one-star. Trustpilot also notes that Polsia hasn't invited customers to review it recently.
Recent reviews circle the same points. Happy users say it is easy to start and that the daily check-ins keep a project moving. Unhappy users talk about return on investment. Some have used it for two months without earning money from the company it built. Several say the agents need direction from you. One says it routes pages and email through Polsia's own domain.
Results depend on the idea you bring and the direction you give. Treat the reviews as a range of outcomes, and test Polsia on something small first.
When Polsia is the right call
- You want to start a new online business from scratch and stay hands-off.
- You need code, hosting, a landing page, ads and payments in one place.
- You are testing ideas, and a 3% fee on early sales costs less than your time.
- You are fine with agents acting on a schedule and reporting afterwards.
Polsia is free to start. The cheapest test is to open an account and watch what the agents do in their first week.
When Pancake is the right call
- You already sell a B2B product or service, and new customers are the bottleneck.
- Your buyers post and engage on the professional social network.
- You want outreach under your own name and profile, with no new domain or inbox to set up.
- You want a fixed cost: $99 a month, no seats and no fee on your sales.
- You want new leads every morning, each with the reason it was picked.
Pancake is built for go-to-market. If you want one AI across every function, our ranking of AI co-founder tools covers the platforms that try.
The bigger split in AI tools for founders
Tools in this space fall into two groups in 2026.
Full-company platforms take a whole business and try to run every function. Polsia is a clear example. You get speed and breadth, and you give up some control over each action.
Focused tools take one job and go deep on it inside the business you already run. Pancake is one of them, and its job is customers. You get depth where revenue starts, and you keep the rest of your stack.
Neither group wins in general. Start from the job you want off your plate this month. If it is everything, from code to ads, try a full-company platform. If it is pipeline for a B2B business, an AI GTM team fits better.
The bottom line
Polsia is built for founders who want AI to start and run a company for them. It is free to start. It earns through a 3% fee on payments (20% in its June terms) and a 20% fee on ad spend. Read the terms before you route revenue or ad budget through it.
Pancake is the specialist. It finds B2B buyers from six kinds of buying signal, starts the conversation from your own account and writes articles for search, for $99 a month flat. If your company already exists and needs customers, start there. If you want an AI to build a new company from the ground up, start with Polsia.
