A board grouped by status (Open to Planned to In progress to Shipped) so anyone can see what the company is building at a glance.

Through your calendar and or slack have a weekly recap of open salesforce cases, in progress etc. ideally when last edited so that no case gets forgotten - for those that work with cases but don't actually check it out on a daily basis.
