# Pancake > Pancake is the Vercel for GTM: one place to deploy, host and run go-to-market agents. AI agents like Claude and Codex can plan a company's GTM but can't run it. They have no data to find people, no way to reach them and no memory of the business. Pancake is that missing piece. Your agent decides. Pancake runs it. Pancake works from Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Codex and other MCP clients with browser sign-in, and from its own web app. It starts at $99 a month per workspace, with 60,000 credits for lead searches. ## The Vercel for GTM Vercel takes a website built in any editor, puts it online and keeps it running. Nobody touches a server. Pancake takes a GTM idea described to any agent, turns it into a Play and keeps it running. Nobody touches a data provider or a sending tool. - Deploy: an idea leaves the conversation and becomes a Play on Pancake. - Host: the Play lives on Pancake, not in a chat or on a laptop, with its own targeting, leads, messages and history. - Run: Pancake runs the Play on its schedule, laptop closed. It finds new leads and contacts the ones the customer approves. ## What Pancake does Pancake researches a company from its website and builds a GTM Brain: what it sells, its ideal customers, personas, competitors, messaging and voice. Every Play starts from that Brain, so the customer never re-explains the business. A Play is one GTM idea turned into a search that runs. The customer tells Pancake who to reach in one sentence, from their agent or in the app. Pancake asks what it needs to know, then builds the Play: who to find, how to find them, and how many leads per search (up to 50). Customers run as many Plays as they want, one per audience. Each Play keeps running on the schedule the customer picks, so new leads keep arriving. A Play can find: - people engaging with posts from competitors, experts or the customer's own brand - everyone who reacted to one specific post - people posting about topics the customer chooses - companies hiring for a role - companies using a technology - recently funded companies - companies that look like the customer's best customers - people matching a role, industry, company size and location Every lead arrives with one line on why it fits. Pancake checks each lead against the ideal customer profile in the Brain and shows every step of each search, including why people were set aside. Each Play shows its reply rate and an activity log, and any Play can be paused. The customer approves every lead before anyone is contacted. Pancake writes a personal message for each lead from why they fit, in the customer's voice or from their own template. The customer can read and edit any message before it goes out. Messages go out as direct messages under the customer's name, from their own accounts. A Play sends from one account or rotates across up to ten, and each lead keeps the same sender. A reply stops the sequence. Pancake reads the reply and labels it "positive", "in your hands" or "not interested". When a prospect says yes, Pancake replies once with the customer's calendar link or app link. Every other reply goes back to the customer. New leads also arrive in Slack, where the customer can approve or pass, and a morning email sums up what is waiting. When the customer rejects a lead with a reason, Pancake suggests Brain changes they can accept or ignore. ## From your AI agent Claude (web, desktop and mobile), Claude Code, ChatGPT and Codex connect with a browser sign-in. There is no API key. Other MCP clients work when they support browser OAuth with a client ID metadata document: https://pancake.ai/install.md lists them. Cursor can't connect yet. From the agent, customers create and run Plays, review leads, add them to sequences and edit their messages, on the same Brain and the same leads as the app. Adding a lead to a sequence starts real outreach from the customer's own account. In the web app, the same work happens in a chat with the Pancake Agent. ## Who it is for Pancake is for founders who do their own sales, small B2B teams, agencies and GTM engineers, especially those who already work with an AI agent. It gives them a repeatable way to find customers without wiring data providers and sending tools together themselves. ## Pricing One plan, from $99 a month per workspace. The customer picks the monthly credits: 60,000 for $99, 120,000 for $189, 240,000 for $359, 480,000 for $679 or 960,000 for $1,299. Every level is the same product. Credits pay for two things: the research a search does to find and check leads, and each work email found (50 credits). Building and testing Plays, messages, replies and teammates use no credits. As an estimate, a lead takes about 100 to 500 credits of research, so 60,000 credits find about 120 to 600 leads a month; a narrow audience costs more, and Pancake shows the real estimate before a search runs. Unused credits roll over, up to one month of credits. When credits run out, searches pause: there is no overage and no automatic top-up. A workspace is one company. Its plan covers the Brain, every Play, the whole team and one sending account; each extra sending account is $39 a month. A second company or brand is a second workspace with its own plan. The free trial lasts 7 days and comes with 15,000 credits, and a credit card is required to start it. After the trial, the plan renews monthly on the card the customer added. Canceling before the trial ends costs nothing; after that, access continues until the end of the current billing period. No charge per teammate. ## Facts - A sequence is a light warm-up, then up to 3 messages, sent on weekdays between 09:00 and 18:00 in the customer's time zone. - After a lead is added to a sequence, nothing goes out for 10 minutes, so the customer can undo. - Delivery: Slack, an 08:30 email digest, and daily, weekday, weekly or custom schedules. - MCP server: https://app.pancake.ai/api/mcp (Streamable HTTP, browser OAuth, no API key). About 90 tools, plugins for Claude Code and Codex, and 4 skills. ## Product boundaries Pancake finds a company's buyers and starts the conversation, from the customer's own accounts. It is not a content or SEO tool, an AI co-founder, a general-purpose AI employee, an OpenClaw hosting service, or a platform that runs engineering, finance, legal, HR or support. It does not send outreach by email, sync leads to a CRM, identify website visitors, look up phone numbers or make calls. Older blog articles about those topics keep their URLs; their descriptions of Pancake were last rewritten on October 13, 2026 to match the current product. ## Key pages - [Homepage](https://pancake.ai/) — what Pancake does, how it works, and pricing -
